The firm performed site feasibility services resulting in a positive recommendation for a 47-acre site in York, Maine. This project, like others in Houlton, Gorham, and Waterboro, involved extensive site design and state/local permitting. The 55,000 s.f. grocery store and three out parcels required a new access road, utility extensions, and offsite road and signalization improvements. Maine Department of Environmental Protection Site Location Permitting involved careful stormwater management designs and avoidance of wetlands and a rare plant species.
