    Project Description
    The industrial park expansion included the construction of 6,600 linear feet of access road linking Industrial Park Road to U.S. Route 1. In addition, the project included the design of municipal sewer and public water supply systems to service the 24 industrial lots within the 114-acre park. Stormwater management facilities, consisting of two water quality retention ponds and wetland creation/enhancement of approximately 3.0 acres in area, were also included within the project.

    The initial phase of the project was completed in 1999-2000, with the overall project completed in the spring of 2002.
