| Project Description The plant was sited within the Westbrook Industrial Park and required the extension of water, roadways, gas, and sewer to serve the site. DeLuca-Hoffman Associates, Inc. prepared the Site Location of Development, City, and Federal 404 Permit Applications including coordination of geotechnical, noise, and vapor consultants. The site design included two water quality ponds, a precast box culvert for a stream crossing, and special measures to prevent work from disrupting or hydrofracturing an underlying confined aquifer. |
