DeLuca-Hoffman Associates, Inc. routinely performs Construction Administration services for our clients.

This includes bid phase services, specification preparation, contract administration and routine construction monitoring by qualified construction personnel.  Our Construction Services Department includes a staff of four with over 100 years of experience.

Our Construction staff includes several individuals Certified for Third Party review of Erosion and Sediment Control Practices.  We are also qualified to monitor and report on the installation of Stormwater treatment systems.

Our staff is recognized for their breadth of experience, positive relationships with contractor personnel and overall ability to manage and report construction progress to the owner.
